A friendly, calm approach
I am a licensed and registered General Practitioner with a specialist interest in women's health. I take pride in being a friendly, calm and approachable clinician who puts patients at ease, and I am passionate about bioidentical hormones and the positive impact they can have on patients' lives.
I have undergone 13 years of rigorous and extensive medical training, with a large focus on patient safety. I am regulated by the GMC (General Medical Council) and work in General Practice in Berkshire, where I have a specialist interest in women's health. Alongside my NHS work, I practise as a private GP in the heart of central London, and I have extensive experience in women's health — having completed a diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and worked in aesthetic gynaecology.
In my spare time I enjoy cycling, yoga, and spending time with my husband and lovely family.

My philosophy
Why I practise bioidentical hormones
In my day-to-day general practice I have seen women and men struggle with hormonal imbalances — and many suffer in silence. Within the constraints of the NHS, treatments are often limited to synthetic HRT or the contraceptive pill, which are more likely to cause unwanted side effects.
The wonderful thing about BHRT is that treatment can be tailored to your body's individual needs, depending on your own hormone levels. We are all unique, and this approach helps women and men feel revived, rebalanced and back to themselves — which is my overall aim. It is a simple yet life-changing solution.
